This privacy notice describes how Ka Mahina (“we”, “us”) handles information in our application as a free service.

What we collect & why

We only process the information you provide; we don’t collect technical identifiers by default.

Your choices

  • Contact jacoby.young@icloud.com to access, correct, or delete your data.
  • You can uninstall or stop using the application to stop further collection.

Retention

We keep user-provided data while you use the application and for a reasonable period thereafter. Technical logs may be retained up to 24 months and then aggregated or deleted.

Children

We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact jacoby.young@icloud.com and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this notice. We’ll revise the “Effective” date above and post the new version here.
